    SENATE PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR

SENATE BILL 175

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 4, lines 4 through 25, and page 5, lines 1 through 18, strike Sections 4 and 5 in their entirety.

    2. On page 14, line 11, strike "shall" and insert in lieu thereof "may".

    3. On page 14, line 12, strike "Upon conviction, the employer,", strike lines 13 through 16 in their entirety and strike line 17 through "felony.".".
