SENATE BILL 79

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 20, after "education" strike the remainder of the line, strike line 21 up to the period and insert in lieu thereof "program that helps New Mexico middle school students acquire the knowledge and skills needed for success in the twenty-first century while expanding basic proficiency in reading, writing, mathematics, science, social studies and critical thinking".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
