    Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

 

SENATE JUDICIARY COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR

 SENATE BILL 69

 

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

 

     1. On page 3, between lines 8 and 9, insert the following new subsection to read:

 

          "C. A lease or rental contract for equipment that does not contain a provision covered by this section shall be presumed to conform to Subsections A and B of this section.".

 

     2. Reletter succeeding subsections accordingly.
