HOUSE BILL 1291

has had it under consideration and reports same WITHOUT RECOMMENDATION, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, lines 11 and 12, strike "CHAPTER 62, ARTICLE 6 NMSA 1978" and insert in lieu thereof "THE EFFICIENT USE OF ENERGY ACT". 

     2. On page 1, lines 18 and 19, strike "Chapter 62, Article 6 NMSA 1978" and insert in lieu thereof "the Efficient Use of Energy Act". 

     3. On page 1, line 21, after "A." strike "The" and insert in lieu thereof "No later than June 30, 2008, the".

     4. On page 1, line 23, strike "electricity" and insert in lieu thereof "energy".

     5. On page 2, strike lines 15 through 22 in their entirety.

     6. Reletter the succeeding subsection accordingly.,

and thence referred to the BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY COMMITTEE.
