AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO CONDUCT A BOUNDARY SURVEY OF THE MERCED COMUNITARIA JUAN BAUTISTA BALDES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local government division of the department of finance and administration for expenditure in fiscal year 2008 for a boundary survey of the merced comunitaria Juan Bautista Baldes. This appropriation is contingent on the land grant-merced complying with the provisions of Chapter 49, Article 1 NMSA 1978 and the Audit Act. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2008 shall revert to the general fund.
