HOUSE BILL 1206

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 12, after "release" strike the semicolon and insert in lieu thereof a period.

    2. On page 1, strike lines 13, 14 and 15 in their entirety.

    3. On pages 2 through 5, strike Sections 2, 3 and 4 in their entirety.

    4. Renumber succeeding section accordingly.
