    Your LABOR AND HUMAN RESOURCES COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 1188

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 12, after "LICENSEE" insert "; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY".

     2. On page 3, between lines 9 and 10, insert a new section to read:

     "Section 2. EMERGENCY.--It is necessary for the public peace, health and safety that this act take effect immediately.".

and thence referred to the BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY COMMITTEE.
