    Your ENERGY AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 1179

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 2, line 11, strike "but not limited to".

     2. On page 2, lines 16 and 17, strike "but is not limited to".

     3. On page 2, lines 20 and 21, strike "but is not limited to".

     4. On page 2, lines 23 and 24, strike "but is not limited to".

     5. On page 7, line 16, after "annual", insert ", quarterly or monthly" and strike "or".

     6. On page 9, line 23, after "rights", strike the remainder of the line, strike line 24 in its entirety, strike line 25 up to the period and insert in lieu thereof "as provided by law".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
