has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO NOT PASS, but that

HOUSE VOTERS AND ELECTIONS COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL 1156

DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 4, line 21, strike “IDENTIFICATION CARD” and insert in lieu thereof “INFORMATION”.

     2. On page 4, line 22, strike “identification card” and insert in lieu thereof “information”. ,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
