    Your RULES COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 1153, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. Strike House Floor Amendment 1.

    2. On pages 4 through 7, strike Sections 3 through 6 in their entirety.

    3. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.

    4. On page 7, line 23, after "1-12-38", strike the comma and insert in lieu thereof "and".     

    5. On page 7, line 23, after "1-12-44", strike the remainder of the line, strike line 24 up to "NMSA" and insert in lieu thereof "through 1-12-69".

    6. On page 8, line 3, strike "and" and insert in lieu thereof a comma.

    7. On page 8, line 4, after "47", strike the line up to ", as" and insert in lieu thereof "and 48, Laws 1991, Chapter 105, Section 35 and Laws 1977, Chapter 222, Sections 49 through 72".
