AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE OF THE COURTS TO ESTABLISH A DWI-DRUG COURT PROGRAM IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred seventy-three thousand dollars ($273,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the administrative office of the courts for expenditure in fiscal year 2008 for a DWI-drug court program through the magistrate court in San Miguel county. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2008 shall revert to the general fund.
