    Your PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 1055, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 91, line 2, strike "any" and insert in lieu thereof "an".

    2. On page 91, line 9, after "States" strike the remainder of the line up to the seimicolon.

    3. On page 91, line 15, strike "any" and insert in lieu thereof "an".

    4. On page 93, line 25, strike "such" and insert "the".

    5. On page 94, line 11, after "livestock" insert "or in milk production".

    6. On page 94, line 11, after the semicolon strike "or".

    7. On page 94, between lines 11 and 12, insert the following new paragraph:

             "(14) an employee engaged in the handling, drying, packaging, processing, freezing or canning of any agricultural or horticultural commodity in its unmanufactured state; or".

    8. Renumber the succeeding paragraph accordingly.
