    Your TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 1038

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 13, strike "LIVESTOCK" and insert in lieu thereof "CATTLE".

     2. On page 1, line 20, strike "LIVESTOCK" and insert in lieu thereof "CATTLE".

     3. On page 1, line 23, strike "livestock" and insert in lieu thereof "cattle". 

     4. On page 2, line 5, strike "livestock" and insert in lieu thereof "cattle".

     5. On page 2, line 6, after the comma strike the remainder of the line, strike lines 7 through 12 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof:

""cattle" means animals of the genus bos, including dairy cattle, and does not include any other kind of livestock."".
