has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 25, remove the brackets and the line through "and".

     2. On page 1, line 25, after "kreteks" strike the remainder of the line and on page 2, strike all of lines 1 through 6 and strike line 7 up to the semicolon.,

and thence referred to the TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE.
