AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR ALLIED HEALTH PROGRAMS AT NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY'S GRANTS CAMPUS.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred sixty-six thousand dollars ($266,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of New Mexico state university for expenditure in fiscal year 2008 to support allied health programs at the Grants campus. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2008 shall revert to the general fund.
