    Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 919

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 17, strike "negligently" and insert in lieu thereof "recklessly".

    2. On page 2, line 23, strike "shall" and insert in lieu thereof "may".

    3. On page 2, line 25, after "investigation" insert a period and strike the remainder of line 25 and strike line 1 on page 3.

    4. On page 3, lines 16 through 25, strike Section 3 in its entirety and renumber the succeeding section accordingly.
