AN ACT
MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR FARMERS' MARKET EXPANSION IN SANTA FE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Eighty-seven thousand dollars ($87,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of New Mexico state university for expenditure in fiscal year 2008 to support ongoing efforts by the New Mexico department of agriculture to expand programming and revenue for the Santa Fe farmers' market permanent site. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2008 shall revert to the general fund.
