    Your APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 859

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, lines 14 and 15, strike “; MAKING AN

APPROPRIATION”.

    2. On page 2, line 9, strike “two” and insert in lieu

thereof “one”.

    3. On page 3, lines 15 and 16, strike “appropriated to

the department” and insert in lieu thereof “subject to appropriation by the legislature”.

    4. On pages 3 and 4, strike Section 5 in its entirety.
