AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE BOARD OF REGENTS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO TO EQUIP THE MAINTENANCE AND INDUSTRIAL TECHNICIAN PROGRAM IN GALLUP.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico for expenditure in fiscal year 2008 to provide equipment for phase two of the maintenance and industrial technician program at the university of New Mexico branch campus in Gallup. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2008 shall revert to the general fund.
