AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE LEARNING SUPPORT CENTER PROGRAM AT THE INSTITUTE OF AMERICAN INDIAN ARTS.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the Indian affairs department for expenditure in fiscal year 2008 for the learning support center program and services at the institute of American Indian arts. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2008 shall revert to the general fund.
