    Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 765, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 7, lines 24 and 25, strike "or of a probation and parole officer member".

    2. On page 8, line 2, after the period insert the following:

    "For purposes of state police member and adult correctional officer member coverage plan 1, only the actual credited service earned by a probation and parole officer member after the plan became applicable to that member shall be increased by twenty percent.".

    3. On page 9, line 21, strike "sixteen and eleven-hundredths" and insert in lieu thereof "eleven and fourteen-hundredths".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
