has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 13, after "ELIMINATING" insert "CERTAIN".

     2. On page 2, line 3, remove the bracket and line-through and strike the colon.

     3. On page 5, line 8, after "(14)" remove the line-through, remove the line-through on lines 9 and 10 and on line 11, remove the line through "organizations".,

and thence referred to the BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY COMMITTEE.
