HOUSE BILL 639

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 2, line 17, after "who" insert "lacks automated external defibrillator training but who has access to an automated external defibrillator and".

     2. On page 3, line 1, after "person" insert "trained in the use of an automated external defibrillator under emergency cardiac care guidelines".

     3. On page 3, strike line 2 and strike line 3 up to the period.

     4. On page 4, line 14, strike "use" and insert in lieu thereof "acquire".
