    Your CONSUMER AND PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 620

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 2, line 17, after "program" strike the remainder of the line and strike line 18 in its entirety and strike line 19 up to the period and insert in lieu thereof "approved by the children, youth and families department pursuant to rules promulgated by the department that define the criteria for such programs".

     2. On page 4, line 12, after "program" strike the remainder of the line and strike line 13 up to the period and insert in lieu thereof "approved by the children, youth and families department pursuant to rules promulgated by the department that define the criteria for such programs".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
