HOUSE BILL 539

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, as amended:

    1. On page 2, line 14, strike "From July 1, 2007 through June 30, 2012" and insert "Beginning on July 1, 2007".

     2. On page 2, line 15, strike "7-1-6.1" and insert in lieu thereof "7-1-6.20".

     3. On page 2, line 18, strike "sixty-six and sixty-seven hundredths" and insert in lieu thereof "thirty-three and thirty-three hundredths",

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
