HOUSE BILL 476, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 4, strike lines 18 through 22 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof:

          "F. When any of the registration information required pursuant to Subsection B of this section changes, a sex offender shall, within ten days, provide written notice of the change to the county sheriff.".
