    Your LABOR AND HUMAN RESOURCES COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 455

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 14, strike "FAMILY HEALTH CARE" and insert in lieu thereof "MEDICAL BENEFIT PLANS".

     2. On page 1, line 15, strike "DRUG AND BACKGROUND" and insert in lieu thereof "SUBSTANCE ABUSE".

     3. On page 2, line 17, after "project" insert "exceeding one hundred twenty five thousand dollars ($125,000)".

     4. On page 2, line 20, after "board" insert ", and whose proposal is not solely for professional services,".

     5. On page 2, line 24, strike "provides family health care" and insert in lieu thereof "makes medical benefit plans available".

     6. On page 2, line 25, strike "and".

     7. On page 3, line 2, strike "drug and background" and insert in lieu thereof "substance abuse".

     8. On page 3, between lines 3 and 4, insert the following new subparagraph:

                     "(d) prohibits the presence on the job site of employees who fail a substance abuse test until they have passed a subsequent substance abuse test; and".

     9. On page 3, line 11, strike "provides family health care" and insert in lieu thereof "makes medical benefit plans available".

     10. On page 3, line 12, strike "and".

     11. On page 3, line 14, strike "drug and background" and insert in lieu thereof "substance abuse".

     12. On page 3, line 15, strike the period and insert in lieu thereof "; and".

     13. On page 3, between lines 15 and 16, insert the following new subparagraph:

                     "(d) prohibits the presence on the job site of employees who fail a substance abuse test until they have passed a subsequent substance abuse test.".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
