HOUSE BILL 424

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 3, line 14, after the period insert "A formulary shall be developed by the board and approved by the New Mexico medical board and the board of pharmacy.".

     2. On page 3, strike lines 15 through 23 in their entirety.

     3. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
