has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 12, after "WARRANT" strike the remainder of the line up to the period.

     2. On page 1, line 21, strike "responds to a domestic disturbance and".

     3. On page 1, line 23, after "member" strike the remainder of the line and strike line 24 through "arrest".

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
