has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 21, strike "one party to the contract" and insert in lieu thereof "the motor carrier".

     2. On page 1, line 23, strike "another party to the contract" and insert in lieu thereof "the shipper".

     3. On page 1, line 25, strike "that other party" and insert in lieu thereof "the shipper".

     4. On page 2, lines 1 and 2, strike "that party" and insert in lieu thereof "the shipper".

     5. On page 2, strike lines 4 through 8 in their entirety.
