    Your APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 384

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 12, strike the semicolon and strike line 13 up to the period.

     2. On page 3, line 7, strike "and".

     3. On page 3, line 10, strike the period, insert a semicolon and "and".

     4. On page 3, between lines 10 and 11, insert the following subparagraph:

                     "(h) a plan and budget for salaries, benefits and career track for part-time faculty at public post-secondary educational institutions."

     5. On page 3, line 16, through page 4, line 7, strike Section 2 in its entirety.
