HOUSE BILL 315

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 3, line 21, after "status" insert "of the retiree health insurance program of the retiree health care authority and".

     2. On page 5, line 1, strike "the general fund" and insert in lieu thereof "legislative cash balances".

     3. On page 5, lines 8 through 10, strike "Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2008 shall revert to the general fund".
