has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. Strike House Health and Government Affairs Committee Amendments 1 and 2.

    2. On page 1, line 12, after "ACT", strike the remainder of the line and on line 13, strike "ACT".

    3. On page 2, strike line 25 in its entirety.

    4. On page 3, strike line 1 and on line 2, strike "and" and insert in lieu thereof the subparagraph designation "(b)".
