AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO REPAY DEBTS OF THE HANOVER MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred twelve thousand two hundred eighty-one dollars sixty-six cents ($112,281.66) is appropriated from the general fund to the department of environment for expenditure in fiscal year 2008 for the repayment of the Hanover mutual domestic water consumers association's rural infrastructure loan for constructing water supply facilities. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2008 shall revert to the general fund.
