    Your EDUCATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 302

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 13, strike "IN WATER RIGHTS" and

 insert in lieu thereof "FOR PENDING STREAM".

     2. On page 1, lines 21 and 22, strike "on the San Juan, the Chama and the lower Rio Grande water rights" and insert in lieu thereof "for pending stream".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
