    HOUSE HEALTH AND GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL 283, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 4, line 1, strike "except that it does not serve food".

    2. On page 4, lines 3 and 4, strike "has generated" and insert in lieu thereof "generates".

    3. On page 4, line 7, after "machines" strike the remainder of the line and strike line 8 through "a" and insert in lieu thereof a period and "A".

    4. On page 4, line 10, after "cigars" insert "in the calendar year after December 31, 2006".
