    Your FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 268, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. Strike all house appropriations and finance committee amendments.

    2. On page 1, between lines 23 and 24, insert the following:

         "1. to the city of Rio Rancho in Sandoval county for a water conveyance project;

         2. to Bernalillo county for a water conveyance project;".

    3. Renumber the succeeding subsections accordingly.
