HOUSE BILL 244

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 10, between lines 2 and 3, insert the

following new section:

    “Section 3.–EFFECTIVE DATE.–The effective date of the provisions of this act is July 1, 2008.”,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
