    Your EDUCATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 209

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 13, after "SCHOOL" insert "OR WHO RECEIVE A GENERAL EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT CERTIFICATE WHILE THEIR PARENTS ARE STATIONED IN NEW MEXICO".

     2. On page 3, line 21, after the first occurrence of "school" insert "or who received a general educational development certificate", after "and" strike the remainder of the line and insert in lieu thereof "whose" and strike line 22 through "their".

     3. On page 5, line 17, after "school" insert "or who received a general educational development certificate", after "and" strike the remainder of the line and insert in lieu thereof "whose" and strike line 18 through "their".

     4. On page 7, line 1, after the first occurrence of "school" insert "or who received a general educational development certificate" and after "and" strike the remainder of the line and insert in lieu thereof "whose".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
