HOUSE BILL 192

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 6, line 14, strike the second occurrence of "or".

     2. On page 6, line 24, after the semicolon insert "and".

     3. On page 7, line 1, strike "and" and insert in lieu thereof "or".

     4. On page 7, strike lines 2 and 3 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof the following new paragraph:

                "(10) relate to whether the parties reached a binding and enforceable settlement in the mediation.".

     5. On page 7, line 15, strike "(9)" and insert in lieu thereof "(10)".

     6. On page 8, line 13, strike "(9)" and insert in lieu thereof "(10)".
