AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO EXPAND THE RESOURCE CENTER FOR RAZA PLANNING AT THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred twenty thousand dollars ($220,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico for expenditure in fiscal year 2008 for the expansion of the resource center for raza planning. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2008 shall revert to the general fund.
