    Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 50

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 23, before the word “participate” add the word “knowingly”.

    2. On page 2, line 10, before the word “participate” add “knowingly”.

     3. On page 4, between lines 2 and 3, insert the following new paragraphs:

                "(14) felony criminal damage to property, pursuant to Section 30-15-1 NMSA 1978;

                (15) felony graffiti, pursuant to Section 30-15-1.1 NMSA 1978;".

     4. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.
