    Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 46, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. Strike all House Consumer and Public Affairs Committee amendments.

     2. On page 1, line 22, after the semicolon strike "and".

     3. On page 1, between lines 22 and 23, insert the following new paragraph:

                "(2) "prescription medication" means a dangerous drug; and".

     4. Renumber the succeeding paragraph accordingly.

     5. On page 2, line 22, after "medication" strike "to", strike line 23 in its entirety and strike line 24 up to the semicolon.

     6. On page 4, line 12, after "of" strike "dangerous drugs" and insert in lieu thereof "prescription medication".

     7. On page 4, lines 18 through 25, strike Subsection I in its entirety.

     8. On page 5, lines 1 through 9, strike Subsection J in its entirety.

     9. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.
