has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 13, after "TO" insert "PUBLIC".

     2. On page 1, lines 18 and 19, strike "THE STATE, COUNTY OR MUNICIPALITY" and insert in lieu thereof "CERTAIN POLITICAL SUBDIVISIONS".

     3. On page 1, line 23, strike "an" and insert in lieu thereof "a public".

     4. On page 2, line 7, strike "an" and insert in lieu thereof "a public".

     5. On page 2, line 14, strike "an" and insert in lieu thereof "a public".

     6. On page 2, line 19, before "irrigation" insert "public".,

and thence referred to the TRANSPORTATION AND PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE.
