HOUSE BILL 34, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On pages 6 through 8, strike Section 3 in its entirety.

    2. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.

    3. On page 20, line 19, after "department" insert ", after obtaining information and community input during the public hearing,".

    4. On page 20, line 20, after "serve" insert "in an interim capacity".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
