one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for disbursement by the New Mexico mortgage

finance authority pursuant to the Affordable Housing Act to renovate, expand and improve

infrastructure for low-income rental housing to be managed by the Albuquerque mental

health housing coalition in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county
