four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to plan, design and construct improvements to

roads in Torrance county

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

TORRANCE CO 4X4 AMBULANCE

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to purchase and equip a four-wheel-drive

ambulance in Torrance county

TORRANCE CO ROAD EQUIP

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to purchase road equipment, including a

grader and a backhoe, for Torrance county

TORRANCE CO VOTING MACHINE STORAGE BLDG

ninety-eight thousand dollars ($98,000) for a voting machine storage building in Torrance

county

MCINTOSH FIRE DEPARTMENT EQUIP

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to purchase equipment for the McIntosh fire

department in Torrance county
