two million dollars ($2,000,000) to design and construct a regional water treatment and

diversion facility in Espanola in Rio Arriba county

to the department of transportation

ESPANOLA STREETS IMPROVE

two million four hundred fifty thousand dollars ($2,450,000) to plan, design and construct

street improvements, including resurfacing, and purchase road equipment in Espanola in Rio

Arriba county
