forty-five thousand dollars ($45,000) to upgrade the water resources research institute's

computer server system that serves the water library and GIS mapping laboratory system at

New Mexico state university in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county

NMSU WRRI COMPUTER/EQUIP UPGRADES

thirty-one thousand dollars ($31,000) to upgrade the water resources research institute's

laboratory computer workstations, plotters and GPS equipment at New Mexico state

university in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county
