I request that the following change be made to a prior appropriation:

LORDSBURG WATER SYSTEM IMPROVE, RET

Two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) of the unexpended balance of the

appropriation to the department of environment in Subsection 13 of Section 12 of Chapter

347 of Laws 2005 for a regional wastewater facility with the city of Bayard for the village of

Santa Clara in Grant county shall not be expended for the original purpose but is changed to

plan, design and construct water system improvements in Lordsburg in Hidalgo county.
